Procedure
According to Art. 18, Loi n°2000-108, specific clauses relative to the expansion of the grid are included in the connection agreements (convention de raccordement), which are binding for plant operators (entitled party) and grid operators (obligated party).
Unless access to the grid can be given without expanding the grid, a claim for grid expansion will emerge on the date of the agreement's conclusion.
