The ASSOCIATION FOR THE STUDY AND CONSERVATION OF THE OCEANS is a recent association, which has its genesis with a group of people related professionally to the investigation, in the most diverse areas of knowledge, and who from the personal point of view share a common passion for the seas and a concern for the conservation of nature.
