 The National Maritime Authority is responsible for coordinating the activities to be carried out by the Navy, the Directorate-General of the Maritime Authority (DGAM) and by the General Command of the Maritime Police (CGPM), in the national scope, in the public and maritime dominated spaces under sovereignty and national jurisdiction, paying attention to the legal-functional regimes that regulate their respective organizational frameworks.
