AquaBattery is a cleantech startup based in the Netherlands developing sustainable energy storage technologies.
Our flagship product is the BlueBattery which can store energy in table saltwater. It is highly scalable, safe, and affordable. We are operating demonstration pilots for the BlueBattery and expect to reach a commercial-stage in two years.
Another product that we have developed, which is market-ready, is the TerraBattery (https://terrabattery.com/). It is fully integrated energy storage systems which is environmentally friendly (100% recyclable), long-lived (min. 20 years), and inherently safe (no explosion/toxic materials used). The TerraBattery is highly scalable for every application and is commercially available for deployment.
