Description of support scheme
The RD 1890/2008 approved technical conditions of design, execution and maintenance that outdoor lighting installations must meet, to improve energy efficiency and savings, as well as the reduction of GHG, among other objectives.
To achieve energy efficiency, the RD 1890/2008 sets requirements that outdoor lighting installations shall comply with, such as, that the lighting levels shall not exceed threshold values. Controls will be carried out and penalties may be imposed for non-compliance.
