Description of support scheme

The ISDE (‘Investeringssubsidie Duurzame Energie en Energiebesparing’ – Investment subsidy Renewable Energy and Energy Saving) offers a subsidy to consumers and small businesses to purchase solar thermal collects, heat pumps, or a connection to a heat network. The scheme also supports investments in insulation and purchses of electric stoves (for households only) and small wind turbines (for businesses only).

Amount

The amount of subsidy awarded is dependent on what technologies will be used. The ISDE budget for 2025 is 550 million euros with an additional €5 million for small-scale wind turbines for business users. RVO offers an online tool to calculate the subsidy which can be found here: https://infographics.rvo.nl/isde-rekentool/
