Corporate legal-fiscal processes

Abbreviated form of legal source

  • WJZ 7085218
  • WJZ 8024263
  • Electricity Act 1998

Description of the process

For onshore wind and ground mounted PV projects, the corporate legal fiscal procedure is mainly dependent on the SDE++ application procedure. For residential rooftop PV, the available support is mainly through the net-metering scheme. The net-metering scheme automatically grants support to residential PV holders. The SDE++ scheme goes as follows:
• The applicant must obtain eRecognition in order to acquire digital authorization.
• All relevant documents must be gathered as appendices to the application
• The application must be done through an online portal from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency
• Once the Netherlands Enterprise Agency has obtained the necessary documents and reviewed the application, the support may be granted.
