Energy efficiency measure (Subsidy for energy usage savings)

Description of support scheme

Competitive subsidies are granted to the undertakings that can provide the biggest saving in kWh compared to the price of the measures. A competitive subsidy, in this case, means that the largest share is given to the measure that provides the biggest saving in kWh compared to its cost; the measure that provides the second biggest saving in kWh compared to its cost is given a smaller subsidy and so on.

Amount

The budget of the scheme is 200,000,000 DKK (27,000,000 EUR) in 2020 and 3,500,000.000 DKK (470,000,000 EUR) until 2030.

Addressees

All private sectors in all types of activities.

Procedure

Undertakings must apply before the specific date (multiple rounds will be held until 2030) at Statens-tilskudspuljer.dk and supply information requested on the form (§ (§§11 and 12 Executive Order on energy-saving subsidies for businesses) Per measure only one application per period is allowed (§13 Executive Order on energy-saving subsidies for businesses).
