
The Clean energy for EU islands Secretariat has closed its call for the second Call for Assistance on 23 March, calling EU islands to apply for technical support for their projects.
The wining islands will be contacted and announced in the week commencing April 4th.
The secretariat has received a total of 27 applications, with Greece clearly being the front-runner.
This time, islands have applied mostly for Shape projects which means that the applying islands are in a more advanced phase of energy transition, shaping concrete action plans and individual projects.
