With a track record spanning since 2017, PROSPECT+ has empowered over 300 participants by imparting crucial skills and comprehensive knowledge in energy and climate action financing.
This unique programme serves as a dynamic platform for peer-to-peer learning and exchange, focusing on innovative financing schemes tailored to enhance local and regional energy and climate actions. Participants delve into diverse areas such as Energy Performance Contracting, Third-Party Financing, Revolving and Intracting funds, and Cooperatives for energy communities.
Emphasising accessibility and inclusivity, PROSPECT+ is free of charge and covers five thematic areas: public buildings, private buildings, public lighting, transport, and cross-sectoral initiatives. The upcoming fourth and final learning cycle commences in May 2024, with the call for applications open until 15 March 2024.

In addition to the general call, PROSPECT+ announces a specific call for applications tailored for joining local learning groups in Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia; Belgium; Spain; Ireland; and the Czech Republic & Slovakia. Participants in these groups will collaborate in their local language, fostering enhanced engagement and understanding within their respective regions.
