First Annual Report of the Climate Change Committee of the Balearic Islands

The first annual report of the Climate Change Committee of the Balearic Islands has just been published. The report describes the European and Spanish framework for the fight against climate change and highlights the impact of climate change on the Balearic Islands. It also analyses the greenhouse gas emissions in the Balearics and outlines the regulaory framework and measures taken by the institutions of the Balearic Islands. 

The report continues to highlight the importance of a fair transition and why citizen participation is necessary for the clean energy transition.
