Are you an island looking to explore green hydrogen solutions? Green Hysland is launching a free technical assistance programme to help islands develop a pre-feasibility study for hydrogen projects. Apply by 30 May 2025 to receive expert mentoring and project development support!
Green Hysland is offering FREE technical support to help islands, cities, and regions develop a pre-feasibility study for the use of green hydrogen in key applications. These include local and maritime transport, buildings, storage, and industry—all crucial sectors for islands aiming to accelerate their energy transition.
What will selected participants receive?
Successful applicants will benefit from:
- An online group workshop with the 10 selected Hyslander territories to introduce the programme and explain the capabilities of the HTP Tool.
- Tailored mentoring sessions (online) to provide one-on-one support for project development.
- Project Development Recommendations (PDRs) to help define next steps for their hydrogen initiatives.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to:
- Islands, cities, and regions interested in exploring green hydrogen solutions
- Members of the Hydrogen Territories Platform (HTP) (Membership is FREE!)
If you are not yet a member, you can sign up here before submitting your Expression of Interest (EOI).

✔️ Existence of an initial hydrogen project concept, demonstrated through a short description of the idea.
✔️ Involvement of diverse stakeholders (e.g., local authorities, industry, community groups, transport providers).
✔️ Access to renewable energy resources to develop a green hydrogen project.
