Description of the process
In the Netherlands, there is no electricity production license. A mandatory permit only exists for energy suppliers who supply to small energy consumers. Small energy consumers can be both private as well as corporate consumers, with an electricity connection no higher than 3*80A. A legal entity that supplies energy only required to apply for the energy supplier permit once as it applies to the entire organisation and not to the project level.
